  6. To know how to draw different types of keys in shaft and hub assembly.
  7. To illustrate with neat sketch how two parts can be joined by rivets in different forms.
  8. To know various parts, how they are assembled and how do they work.
  9. Have an idea about the Functional requirements of individual parts and their location.
  10. Understand the purpose, principle of operation and filed of application of the given machine part.
  11. To prepare Assembly Drawing from final finished part drawings (or) pictorial drawing.
  12. To make free hand sketches of some important Chemical Engineering Equipments.
