INTRODUCTION Concept of Nanotoxicology – Inhalation of nanomaterials- overview. Introduction Inhalation – deposition and pulmonary clearance of insoluble solids- bio- persistence of Inhaled solid material. Systemic translocation of inhaled particles. Nano particle exposure and systematic cardiovascular effects – experimental data-respiratory particulate matter exposure and cardiovascular toxicity, nanoparticles-hypothesis and research approaches -Ecotoxicologic studies – Methodology – for Nanotoxicology – toxicity testing.
