Risk and Required Return: Risk and return relationship, Business risk, financial risk, and risk in portfolio context, expected rate of return, Capital asset pricing model. Capital Budgeting: Risk analysis in Capital Budgeting, Cost of Capital – Debt, Preference Equity forms of capital.
