Gross Average Intellectual Attainment (GAIA) is calculated using marks obtained by all students who appeared for final year exams from an engineering college and total number so students who took the exam. The formula for GAIA is as follows.
GAIA = (Sum of Marks of all the students in all the subjects in theory exam/Total no. of students who took the examination)
