What is the selection procedure of iit roorkee for phd in computer science, how many students apply there and how to prepare for phd written test and interview and from where to study? Please help.

I am a graduate in B.E(Electronics and communication) and having 11 years of job experience in IT industry .
I have also done some certifications in Project management .
I want to pursue for PHD Degree from India .
Can anyone let me know is it mandatory to complete masters first before PHD in India.
And also is it mandatory to have NET exam scorecard for PHD in India .
I heard from some of my friends that a bachelors degree graduate having 10 plus years of experience can enroll directly for PHD .Is this true?

Respected Sir,
I have completed my BTech with specialization in Mechanical and automation in year 2014 after that i have a nearly 1 year work experience. In 2016 in decided to give GATE 2017 and by the grace of the Lord I am getting 72.67 out of 100 and i have checked in various GATE score predictor that my score will be around 780 I am from General category. I am interested in getting admissions in PhD in IITs. I have already read all your post about PhD. I am still having some doubts about it please clarify it.
1.) Which degree IIT will give after doing PhD directly after Btech i.e. PhD degree or both Metch + PhD degree?
2.) If one directly gets into PhD just after Btech is that like without doing separate MTech it is difficult to understand thesis?
3.) What about AICTE norms required for Asst. Prof and Asso. Prof as it requires MTech as well as PhD?
4.) What will be the curriculum of the 5 year PhD program? Is it covering subjects of MTech also in it?
I will be very pleased to get your reply as soon as possible.
