Course Outcomes:

Students will be able to achieve & demonstrate the following COs on completion of course based learning

  1. Perform yarn testing to analyse the physical properties of yarn.
  2. Select fabric based on dimensional properties for relevant use.
  3. Select relevant fabric based on serviceability of application.
  4. Evaluate the given fabric for handle and comfort properties.
  5. Apply principles of tensile testing to determine yarn and fabric strength.
