I read your few blogs which are most fruitful to everyone and me too. I’ve passed Btech in ECE in 2014 and doing a job as an Embedded Software developer and trainer. I’m frustrated with doing job in this company. And I’m depressed where to go and what to do for a bright career. Which step should I take this time. Whether to continue job and start upgrading myself or whether to start preparing for GATE to get admission in Mtech. I want to make my career in Embedded systems.

I m Prakash and working as a senior s/w engg in . I hav a total of 4 years of working exp and currently getting a salary 10.0lpa now started thinking of writing gate (CS) 2015. Shall I go for it and try to get iisc or iit ? If I get into iits then will I be able to get a placement which ll be more than my current ctc, I mean to say companies would consider my exp while coming for fresher recruitment? I am married and hav one kid not sure what decision I should take plz guide me. MS from abroad GRE wat u suggest for me? Ll be waiting on replay soon I hav to join coaching classe..

Hello,
I wanted to ask if i take admission in NIT this year and side by side prepare for GATE to get a very good score enough for IISc or IITs, can i leave mtech in second year at NIT and join Aerospace program at IIT or IISc?? I m from mechanical branch,want to persue aerospace engineering in mtech. Are we allowed to leave like this in between and join a fresh mtech program at another institute.Looking forward for the answer eagerly.

here is vinit and i am also an fresh electronics graduate i invest my 1 year in doing preparation for gate still i do not get good score hence now i want to do job and after taking some real time experience in company,so my question is that is it beneficial for me now in this condition do job oriented course 6month (embedded system) and then apply for job? because i neither have a job nor m tech so is above mentioned option is good for me? which option would you suggest me to do ?i hope you reply as soon as possible thanking you

I got a job at JSPL(Jindal Steel and Power Limited), they are paying 4.4LPA during the training period of 1 year and after that 5.5 LPA. I also cleared gate in civil engineering with AIR of 6530(Score-314). I am confused whether to pursue Mtech or go for the job. I would be highly grateful if you can offer some insight regarding this.
