Various structures of Industrial Organizations – Line organization, Functional organization, Line and staff organization- Merits and demerits of each structures. Types of industrial ownerships – Single ownership – Partnership – Joint Stock Company -Public limited and private limited company. Advantages and disadvantages of each type of industrial ownership.
