1. IDENTIFICATION OF TEXTILE FIBERS AND PREPARATORY TREATMENTS FOR COTTON YARNS & FABRICS
   1. Identification of Textile fibers by different methods
   2. De-sizing of grey fabrics using dilute hydrochloric acid
   3. Scour the fabric/yarn
   4. Bleach the given scoured fabric/yarn using oxidizing and reducing agents such as
      1. Bleaching powder.
      2. Sodium hypochlorite
      3. Hydrogen peroxide
2. DYEING OF COTTON/ VISCOSE USING DIRECT, BASIC & REACTIVE DYES
   1. Dyeing of different shades using direct dyes
   2. Dyeing of different shades using basic dyes
   3. Apply after treatments to direct dyed materials for
      1. Fastness to light
      2. Fastness to wash
      3. Fastness to light and wash
      4. Fastness to perspiration
      5. Topping with basic dyes
   4. Dyeing different shades using Cold and Hot Reactive Dyes
3. DYEING OF SULPHUR & VAT DYES ON COTTON & VISCOSE
   1. Dyeing of Cotton & Viscose with different shades using
      1. Sulphur dyes
      2. Vat dyes
      3. Solubilised Vat dyes
   2. Apply After treatments to Sulphur dyed materials
4. DYEING OF COTTON WITH AZOIC COLOURS
   1. Dye cotton Yarn/Fabric with different shades using various Naphthol and base combinations
