TS ICET 2020 Exam Date, Application Form & Eligibility

TS ICET – 2020 (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) is for admission into M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses of all the Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2020-2021. This test is being conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad

Students are invited for appearing at the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET-2020) for admission into M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses (full time/part-time/evening/distance mode) offered by the following Universities in the State of Telangana including their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2020-2021.

TS ICET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements
  • Candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned.
  • Candidates seeking admission for MBA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates seeking admission for MCA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level.
  • The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.
  • Candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for TSICET-2020
  • Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory Bodies.
  • Qualifying marks in TSICET-2020 is 25% and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates. Mere qualification in the entrance test does not entitle a candidate to have been admitted into MBA/MCA course unless the candidate: i. Appears for Counseling at the notified Centers. ii. Applies in response to the admission notification issued by the authority concerned (for part-time\evening\distance mode). iii. Satisfies all the eligibility criteria for admission as stipulated by the authority concerned.

TS ICET 2020 Submission of Online Application

TS ICET 2020 Applications should be submitted through ONLINE mode only.

The Registration fee for online submission and late fee, if applicable, may be paid at TS Online Centers/Citizen Service Centers in T.S. and also through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card).
Online Application Fee: 650/-
for SC/ST Candidates Fee: 450/-

TS ICET 2020 Medium of Test

TS ICET question paper is in English and Telugu language.

Mode of ExamThe examination will be conducted through online mode
Type of Questions The question paper will be consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
No. of QuestionsTotal of 200 questions will be asked in the examination.
Marking Scheme1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
Duration of ExamTotal 150 minutes will be allotted for the whole exam.
SectionIt will divide into three sections (Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability & Communication Ability).

TS ICET 2020 Regional Center

The TSICET 2020 examination will be held at the following 18 Regional Online Test Centers in Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh.
