Course Objective:

The objective of this course is to introduce the basic theory and computational techniques for modeling multiphase flow in sub-surface porous media, especially applied to petroleum reservoir simulation. The students will also study conceptual and mathematical models that represent simplified scenario of petroleum reservoir.
