M.Pharm. I Year II Sem.
List of Experiments
- Determination of bulk Drugs and formulations by UV-Visible, HPLC, GC etc. methods
- Determination of total chloride in thiamine HCl
- Detection and determination of preservatives, antioxidants and colourants in pharmaceutical preparations
- Determination of chlorides and sulphates by Nephelo -Tubmidimetry
- Determination of moisture content in sorbitol, sodium citrate, ampicillin etc.
- Assays of official compounds by Flourimetry
- Determination of compounds of sodium, potassium and calcium by Flame photometry.
(Note: Minimum of two experiments covering each of the above mentioned topics)
