List of Experiments
- Preparation of four different types of semisolid forms and evaluation of their performance using in vitro diffusion method
- Evaluation of test sterility for commercial preparations including sterile water for injection and antibiotic injection.
- Collecting samples of environment of aseptic room and counting the colonies
- Validation of one unit operation (eg. Mixing) and development of protocol.
- Comparative evaluation of different marketed products (tablets) of the same API
- Dissolution studies of drug in three different bio relevant dissolution media
- Stability study testing of tablet dosage forms (Any two products)
