- Determination of shear strength of rocks
- Determination of modulus of elasticity of given rock sample using strain gauge.
- Determination of triaxial strength of rock and drawing of Mohr’s envelope
- Determination of slake durability of rocks
- Study of drillability index of rocks.
- Study of different types of roof convergence and other ground control instruments.
