Sir, im confused about the qualifying marks. is it the marks obtained or the percentile that is being spoke about?

Examination Paper: BT – Biotechnology
Marks Obtained: 22 Out of 100
GATE Score: 124
All India Rank: 8810
No of Candidates Appeared in BT: 14638
Qualifying Marks for BT:
General OBC (Non-Creamy) SC / ST / PD
35.47 31.92 23.64

and my percentile is 39 which i calculated so have i qualified or no? Pleas do help.

My greetings!i have done my bachelor’s degree from biomedical engineering and am aspiring for highers in IITs! since i have to take up gate in IN stream, i am facing difficulties! i beleive there would be many like me from biomedical.
