    UNIT I: INTRODUCTION AND CASE STUDY 12Hrs
    \n<\/h4>\n

    Introduction to given building as per space standards using anthropometric data,\/ NBC(national building code) and prepare a case study report with supporting proportionate sketches\/ photos. Introduction, scope and importance of working drawings, sanction drawings.\n<\/p>\n

    UNIT II: PRESENTATION DRAWINGS 24 Hrs
    \n<\/h4>\n

    Develop alternative schemes on the basis of concept developed with the help of bubble diagram showing interlinking of different spaces. Design anyone given topic like Hotel \/ Show Room with office \/Health care Centre\/ Club House\/Public Library\/ Bank \/Post office\/ shopping Malls or any similar buildings .
    \n( Minimum Ground +two floor with Built up area limiting to 450 to 500 SqM. ).
    \nPrepare presentation drawings for site plan, floor plans showing all openings with furniture layout, Elevations and sections for the same. Develop scale down model or 3D using CAD\/ related software.\n<\/p>\n

    UNIT III: WORKING DRAWINGS 33Hrs.<\/p>\n

    UNIT IV: SANCTION DRAWING 09Hrs

    Prepare sanction\/ approval drawings for the above project as per the local Bye laws.\n<\/p>\n

    1. Above drawings should be covered through CAD drafting.<\/li>\n
    2. Students should submit all drawings in A3 size sheet in the form of portfolio along with case study covering the above topics for considering internal assessment marks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
