    Understand the operation of welding transformer and generator Handle the Arc welding setup for welding
    \nHandle the Electrode Holder for laying welding beads.
    \nPerform various welding joint operations- butt joint, lap joint, corner joint, edge joint , T joint\n<\/p>\n

    UNIT II: SHEET METAL PRACTICE\t26Hrs

    Introduction and demonstration of hand tools used in sheet metal shop.- different types of hammers, hard and soft mallet, sheet and wire gauge,- demonstration of various raw materials
    \nused in sheet metal shop e.g. M.S. sheet, galvanized-iron plain sheet, galvanized corrugated sheet, aluminum sheets etc.<\/p>\n
