The detail syllabus for process equipment design and drawing [d.c] is as follows.<\/p>\n<h4>Course Objectives:<\/h4>\n<p>The students will be able to<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Understand advances and types in the design of heat and mass transfer equipment and its accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Develop modifications based on design.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note:<br \/>\nDetailed chemical engineering process design of the following equipment should be studied. The detailed proportionate drawings shall include sectional frontview, fulltop \/ side view depending one quipment and major components.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Classwork: Students areto design the equipment. They shall also be trained to draw free hand proportionate sketches.<\/li>\n<li>Final Examination: Students have to answer anyone of the two questions given in the examination.
