  2. Contrast stretching of a low contrast image.<\/li>\n
  3. Display of a histogram, and histogram equalization.<\/li>\n
  4. Bit plane slicing of an image.<\/li>\n
  5. Image enhancement by Intensity\/Gray level slicing.<\/li>\n
  6. Implementation of FT for an image.<\/li>\n
  7. Implementation of High pass, Low pass filtering.<\/li>\n
  8. Mean and Median filtering of an image.<\/li>\n
  9. Implementation of image sharpening filters and edge detection using gradient filters.<\/li>\n
  10. Image Rotation (Clockwise and anticlockwise) and Flipping (Horizontal and Vertical)<\/li>\n
  11. Canny edge detection.<\/li>\n
  12. Image compression by DCT.<\/li>\n
  13. Implementation of image segmentation techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: It is suggested to carry out the above experiments by Matlab \/ C programming on diagnostic images such as x-ray \/ CT \/ MRI \/ Ultrasound.<\/i>\n<\/p>\n
