Positive and\u00a0Normative theories of Jon Lang.,<\/li>\n<li>Architectural Criticism types: Definition, Sources, Types of Criticism according to\u00a0Wayne Attoe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MODULE 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design Logic: Design generation process: Role of logic and intuition in concept\u00a0generation. Step by step development of design from problem definition, site\u00a0analysis to post occupancy evaluation as the last stage of design.<\/li>\n<li>Contemporary Significant Theory: Ideas of Hassan Fathy who pioneered the use\u00a0of appropriate technology for building in Egypt, especially by working to reestablish\u00a0the use of mud brick (or adobe) and tradition as opposed to western\u00a0building designs and layouts and Paolo Soleri&#8217;s concept of &#8220;Arcology&#8221;, architecture\u00a0coherent with ecology.
