Individual assignments<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Collecting Failure data for Polymer \/ machines \/ equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Study of curing system for any one application like -CV, EV, SEV.<\/li>\n<li>Survey of CHEMICALS used for POLYMER COMPOUNDING &#8211; specifications, properties, costs, manufacturers names etc.<\/li>\n<li>Study any one type of POLYMER machining centre and prepare report on entire<\/li>\n<li>For a given job write a sequence of operations performed by tyre manufacturing system. Draw a block diagram of entire system to perform above operations<\/li>\n<li>Survey of types of a Polymer additives involving information about working principles, materials, advantages, limitations and cost.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a trouble shooting chart for any refrigeration system and suggest remedial measures to avoid failures<\/li>\n<li>For a plastic\/rubber processing operations on a simple machine component,<\/li>\n<li>Draw a machine diagram of any polymer related processing machine.
