Hands-on-exercise
Study of the tools used in ARC welding practice.
- Demonstration of different welding tools / machines
- Demonstration on ARC Welding, cutting and rebuilding of broken parts
- with welding.
- Exercise on One simple job involving butt , lap, Tee and corner joint
- Demonstration of Arc welding equipments and safety rules.
- Demonstration of electric arc welding equipment and accessories
- Demonstration of safety rules before starting to weld.
- Demonstration how to connect the welding transformer and rectifier
- Demonstration about selection of electrodes and setting the current, Arc initiation.

- Laying bend with weaving machine
