- Soldering & de-soldering wires and components. List the precautions to be taken.
- Sketch the front panels of Laboratory equipments such as RPS, CRO, Multi-meter, Signal Generator and other lab equipments. List their functions.
- Identify Passive Components:
- Given colour bands/symbols, find the value,
- Given the value, find the colour band.
- Familiarise with the use of Multi-meters – Analog and Digital. Discuss the precautionary measures to be taken while using it.
- Measure AC and DC Voltages
- Calculate frequency using CRO
- Study of different wire gauges for single phase and three phase supply
