1. Compounding of Plastics 15
2. Rotational moulding 6
3. Extrusion of strands and Pelletization 6
4. Determination of melt flow index for different materials 6
5. Different materials and moulds and optimization of cycle time 6
6. Variation in properties of CV system and EV system in Natural rubber compound 15
7. Rubber compounding for at least 2 specific products 6
8. Effect of mastication level on Natural Rubber compounds. Masticate the rubber for different times (5, 10, 15, 20 minutes) and find out the variation in solution viscosity. Plot solution viscosity Vs time. 6
9. Rubber compounding using Banbury mixer 6
10. Blending of two polymer using Haake twin screw Extruder 6
