UNIT-I INTRODUCTION TO DESIGN 8 hrs
Definition, Types of Design – Structural, Decorative, Natural, Conventional, Abstract, Geometric designs – Design Development – Motif, Design, Pattern and Repeats – Drop repeat (Full drop, 2/3, %), Brick repeat, Mirror repeat and Border designs.
UNIT – II PRINCIPLES AND ELEMENTS OF DESIGN 10 hrs
