UNIT -I Introduction to Microcontrollers 10 Hours

Evolution of microcontrollers, Block diagram of microcontroller, Different types of Microcontrollers, Differentiate the RISC and CISC architectures, Princeton & Harvard architecture

Architecture of 8051 –
