SCHEME OF VALUATION
- Maximum Marks Allotted for all the FIVE questions is 100 Marks. And Duration for Dictation is 5 Minutes.
- Marks for each Question has to be allotted under the following procedure:
- For the Matter 60% of the Marks allotted
- For the Format 20% of the Marks allotted
- For Elaboration 20% of the Marks allotted
NOTE:
Important points to be observed in setting Question Paper and conducting Examination.
- While setting the Question Paper, take one letter from each Unit compulsorily and Give weight age for the marks as shown above.
- While setting the question paper the paper should be based on current issues.
- If any candidates takes Shorthand dictation in longhand during examination, the Invigilators or any other concerned are not allowed to raise any objection, because this will be taken into consideration by the Valuers / Reviewers at the time of valuation.
- At the time of giving Dictation in Examinations, the strength of each batch should not exceed 20 Candidates.
- The Observer who sits at the time of Dictation in Examination Hall may preferably the person who knows about the subject.
