UNIT – 1: PLANT MAINTENANCE 10 hr

Need for maintenance-Types of maintenance-scheduled-corrective, preventive maintenance- -maintenance of schedules -co-ordination of maintenance department with others-spare parts controlequipment replacement analysis. Preparing equipments for maintenance-vessel entry-lubrication-types of lubricant-purpose of lubrication-properties of lubricant-maintenance of equipment onstream-fittings, pipes and lines, valves, boilers, heat exchangers-high pressure vessels, batch reactor, air compressors, centrifugal pumps.

UNIT – 2: INDUSTRIAL HAZARDS 08hr

UNIT – 3: WATER PURIFICATION 10 hr
