2. CLEANING AND GRADING

Screening ,Screening motion, types of screens , Screen opening, Ideal and actual screen, Effectiveness of screen problems, equipments for cleaning vibratory air screen , Grading and separation, Fluidized bed separation , D stoner.

3. DRYING PROCESS

  1. Each student should do any one of the following type activity or any other similar activity related to the course and before conduction, get it approved from concerned Teacher and HOD.
  2. Each student should conduct different activity and no repeating should occur some activities can be given in group.

  2. Identify and make different methods of drying used for drying food grains in your local area & make a short note on it
  3. Take at least five different types and compare their structures and sketch it on card sheet
  4. Identify and make different milling process used for milling of food grains in your local area & make a short note on it
