Where can I get the admission of IITs, NITs, PSUs….etc?

my gate rank is 10788(cse).
category is OBC.
could i get admission in VJTI?
Any other good colleges(priority government) in i could get admission?

ISM Counseling was extremely Disappointing for EC and CS Branch Students.
ISM don’t deserve such GATE High Scorers more than 700 for CS branch.
Candidates are not aware about selection of Institute according to their GATE SCORES.

This means for students with lower grades in graduation, COEP and VJTI are options….

Sir can you please post good NITs or IITs who allow lower graduation grades like only 55% for Mechanical ??
