NOTE<\/h4>\n

Four weeks structured and supervised, branch specific,
\ntask oriented In-plant Training-II to be organised after V
\nSemester Theory exam. Students will submit a report. There will be 60 marks for this training. These marks in VI Sem. will be awarded by the examiner.\n<\/p>\n

Rationale:<\/h4>\n

Students after appearing in V semester theory examinations will under go a four weeks in plant training in a Milk Product Plant to familiarise them with plants actual problems and enviornment.
\nThe students shall prepare a report of this training and submit to their Institution within one week of completion of training.\n<\/p>\n

In Plant Training I\/II in units\/dairy plants not less than
\nsmall scale industries should preferably to be arranged in
\nmanufacturing (producing dairy machines, equipments or dairy
\nproducts). They will work and focus their attention there

      4. Sections of the unit visited and activities there in.<\/li>\n
      5. Details of machines\/Tools & instruments used in working in the section of the unit visited.<\/li>\n
      6. Work procedure in the section visited.<\/li>\n
      7. Specifications of the product of the section and materials used.<\/li>\n
      8. Work of repair and maintenance cell.<\/li>\n
      9. Details of the shops related to repair and maintenance work.<\/li>\n
      10. Name of checking and Inspecting Instruments and their details. Quality controls measures taken.<\/li>\n
      11. Details of hadraulics\/pneumatic\/thermal units or appliances used if any.<\/li>\n
      12. Discripton of any breakdown and its restoring.<\/li>\n
      13. Use of computer – if any.<\/li>\n
      14. Visit of units store, Manner of keeping store items, Their receiving & distribution.<\/li>\n
      15. Safety measures on work place & working conditions in general – comfortable, convenient & hygeinic.<\/li>\n
