The architectural design has been devided in five papers A,B,C,D & E. Paper-A deals with the fundamental concepts and principles of design and Paper-B & C deals with the application of these principles for making certain catagories of buildings of common use. Understanding of building bye laws : Horizontal and Vertical circulations, materials restrictions, different types of area and their role i.e. Floor area ratio (FAR), Floor space index (FSI), Carpet area, Floor area, Plinth area, Built up area, Covered area, usable area, circulation area, super area, height restriction, Set backs, Ground coverage or foot print, Width of road and right of way and other related terms\/ bye laws of concern local authority.
\nUnderstanding of Design according to climate and site constraints : sun movement, air movement, sloppy site, building orientation, space placement and proposed materials should be support to climatic responsive building.
\nDesign exercises could be focused on residential apartment building, inter college, commerical complex, library
\nbuildings with reading room, small hospital, picnic spot,
\ncollege canteen, recreation building etc. having plan
\nelevation, section, perspective of above buildings, views
\nshowing the interior scheme ( work of student must be

\nsection and 2D drawing from 3D models. 3D keybord commands,
\nMaterials and textures, Reference other drawing files. Work
\nwith data in other formats and exporting 3D models to
\nvarious software’s
\nDefine a 3D view with a camera, Create preview animations
\nand create motion path animations, Creating a simple 3D
\nmesh, Editing face and edges, Creating mesh surface,
\nConverting meshes to solids, Editing surface
\nExporting 3D to work in other software, Plotting and
\npublishing the drawing in modal space and paper space.<\/p>\n

SHADING AND RENDERING THROUGH PHOTOSHOP :
