At least Four jobs against jobs at No 1 . Two jobs against jobs at No 2A and 2 jobs against jobs at No 2B . Four jobs against at No 3

1. MAKING UTILITY JOBS ON LATHE INVOLVING:

1. Step turning, Parallel Turning, Taper turning and Knurling (2 jobs)
2. Drilling, Boring, Counter boring and Internal taper turning under cutting, Chamfering & Facing. (2 jobs)
3. V. thread cutting (Internal and External) (2 jobs)
4. Square thread Cutting (internal and external) (1 jobs)
5. Multistart thread cutting (1 jobs)
6. Eccentric Turning. (2 jobs)
7. Study & Operate CNC trainer lathe & prepare a stud of given specification. (1 jobs)
8. Study & operate Turret/Capstan lathe to (2 jobs) prepare a plug gauge & finish it to given specification on cylindrical grinder. (2 jobs)

Note: Students be giving opportunity to try their hands for these exercises on capstan/turret & CNC trainer lathe also.

2B. GROUP WORK ON MILLING MACHINE INVOLVING DOWN AND CLIMB MILLING:

1. Slab Milling
2. Straddle Milling 2 job.
3. Gang Milling. 1 job.
4. Spur Gear Cutting 1 job.
5. Groove Cutting(Dovetail,Square,T-slot and Radious) 1 job.

3. FITTING SHOP:

1. To make different types of keys 3 job.
2. To make template gauge 2 job.
3. To make limit gauge (Plate shape) 2 job.
4. Making male and female fitting jobs 3 job.

NOTE: For examination student should be allowed to pickup a job from any of the three groups by lottory system and be examined orally for all the three groups
