- Nutritional quality fo foods and its assessments : Food proteins (Digestibility, Biological value, NPU, PER), Modification of foods constituents due to processing and storage and their nutritional implications.
- Food standards and specification; compulsory and voluntary trade and company standards, consumer, company, in process and finished product specifications, relevant food laws :PFA, FPO, SWMA, MPO, Mark and BIS standards.
