Course Objectives:

Biotechnology for waste treatment: Biological waste treatments and biofuel production. Microbiology of waste water treatments, Anaerobic digestion process for Methanogenesis: methanogenic, acetogenic, and fermentative microbe. Minimalnational standards for waste disposal.
