<p>  Second order filters with arbitrary transmission zeros: By using summing, By voltage feed forward, cascade design revisited. Low pass filters with maximally flat magnitude: the ideal low pass filter, Butterworth response, Butterworth pole locations, low pass filter specifications, arbitrary transmission zeros.</p>
