The detailed syllabus of electronics measurement and instrumentation lab is as follows. <\/p>\n<p>  <title>Electronics Measurement and Instrumentation Lab<\/title><\/p>\n<h4>List of Experiments:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Measure earth resistance using fall of potential method.<\/li>\n<li>Plot V-I characteristics &amp; measure open circuit voltage &amp; short circuit current of a solar panel.<\/li>\n<li>Measure unknown inductance capacitance resistance using following bridges\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Anderson Bridge<\/li>\n<li>Maxwell Bridge<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>To measure unknown frequency &amp; capacitance using Wein&#8217;s bridge.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of the distance with the help of ultrasonic transmitter &amp; receiver.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of displacement with the help of LVDT.<\/li>\n<li>Draw the characteristics of the following temperature transducers\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Thermistors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Draw the characteristics between temperature &amp; voltage of a K type thermocouple<\/li>\n<li>Calibrate an ammeter using D.C. slide wire potentiometer<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of strain\/force with the help of strain gauge load cell.<\/li>\n<li>Study the working of Q-meter and measure Q of coils.<\/li>\n<li>Calibrate a single-phase energy meter (Analog and Digital) by phantom loading at different power factor by:\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Phase shifting transformer<\/li>\n<li>Auto transformer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Course Outcomes:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Understanding of the fundamentals of Electronic Instrumentation. Explain and identify measuring instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Able to measure resistance, inductance and capacitance by various methods.<\/li>\n<li>Design an instrumentation system that meets desired specifications and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Design and conduct experiments, interpret and analyze data, and report results.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the principle of electrical transducers.
