Sir, I am not able to open NIT Silchar website. I want to apply for Mtech in VLSI and Microelectronics. I am having the application form as I had downloaded it when the site was openig but now that the site is not opening, I am not having other details like like address to which application is to be sent, enclosures etc. Please guide me regarding this.
