NIT Hamirpur official told they will not fill the vacant seats of M-Tech Electronics for 2011, No second counselling will be announced by NIT-H. Seats will remain vacant,- said by NIT Hamirpur HOD ECE.

Moreover, which one is better among these three and PEC(Chd)?
