best colleges are pec chandigarh, cgc landran, acet amritsar, bbsbec fatehgarh sahib, daviet jalandhar, city institute jalandhar, etc and others are the universities like pu chd, pu patiala, lpu jalandhar……..

actually top universities have kept tests and they are costly, and if you want to go on behalf of your performance in previous academics then you should prefer medium level colleges. rest depends on you how to take you up, because no university can make weak student a topper……..
