There is a standard procedure to apply for research in IITs (PhD). Just follow the notifications and see if you are eligible for those programs.

Sir I would like to MS in IIT’s my B.Tech percentage was 85.78% and GATE 2019 EEE score was 49 marks sir. Will I get any IIT for MS. I don’t have any guide to tell me sir. Please help sir. My life is running out of my hands, I was feeling more stressed about my future.

MS admissions are mostly based on Institute written test and interview. You can definitely get in if you have sound fundamentals in subject.
