Course Outcomes:

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

Unit 1:Development of Proficiency in English[06 Hours]

Speaking skills, Feedback & questioning technique, Objectivity in argument (Both one on one and in groups). 5 Wsand 1 H and 7 Cs for effective communication. Imbibing etiquettes and manners. Study of different pictorial expressions of non-verbal communication and their analysis

Unit 2: Self-Management[06 Hours]
