Guidelines for Project
Students should do literature survey/visit industry/analyse current trends and identify the problem for Project and finalize in consultation with Guide/Supervisor. Students should use multiple literatures and understand the problem. Students should attempt solution to the problem by experimental/simulation methods. The solution to be validated with proper justification and report to be compiled in standard format.
Guidelines for Assessment of Project I
Project I should be assessed based on following points
- Quality of problem selected
- Clarity of Problem definition and Feasibility of problem solution
- Relevance to the specialization
- Clarity of objective and scope
- Breadth and depth of literature survey
Project I should be assessed through a presentation by the student project group to a panel of Internal examiners appointed by the Head of the Department/Institute of respective Programme. Students should be motivated to publish a paper in Conferences/students competitions based on the work.
