Course Outcomes:

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • Describe different piping layouts and understand the design of different piping system
  • Analyze and identify the suitable pipe installations
  • Calculate different stresses and reactions in given piping layout
  • Explain different process auxiliaries in piping systems
  • Design of piping in various systems such as refrigeration, steam power plant, underground piping system etc.
