Course Outcomes:
Students will be able to –
- Verify sampling theorem using simulation software.
- Demonstrate DT Fourier analysis, convolution and correlation concept using simulation software.
- Perform Fast Fourier Transform of signals.
- Design and implement FIR and IIR filters using computer simulation software platform.
- Realize filters by direct form I, II, Cascade and Parallel form.
- Study DSP processors, Adaptive filters and their applications.

- Generation of DT sinusoidal signal and verification of sampling theorem. CO1
- Finding the Impulse response of the system. CO2
- Program for finding linear convolution, Circular convolution, and linear convolution by using circular convolution technique.sequences. CO2
- Program for finding correlation (auto and cross). CO2
- Computation of N point DFT of a given sequence and to plot magnitude and CO3
- Computing circular convolution by DFT and IDFT of signals. CO3
- Implementation of FFT algorithms (DIT, DIF) etc. CO3
- Designing of FIR filter using windowing technique. CO4
- Design and Implement IIR filter to meet given specifications. CO4

- Study of Adaptive filters such as LMS, RLS and its applications. CO6
