  7. Procter compaction test
  8. Tri-axial test
  9. Unconfined compression test
  10. One dimensional consolidation test

Course Outcomes:

On completion of the course, the students will able to:

  • Identify and classify soils based on standard geotechnical engineering practices.
  • Perform Laboratory oratory compaction and in-place density tests.
  • Perform and interpret direct shear tests and estimate shear strength parameters.
