<p>Apparel Production Process-Cutting ,Marker Planning &amp; Fusing Technology. 2.1	Objective of cutting, planning, drawing and reproducing the marker, requirements of quality in cutting , requirements of production planning , maximising marker utilization ,methods of marker planning and use. 2.2	objective of spreading ,requirements of the spreading process : shade sorting of cloth pieces, correct ply direction and adequate lay stability, alignment of piles, correct ply tension, elimination of fabric faults, avoiding distortion in the spread ,methods of spreading, nature of fabric packages. 2.3	Cutting machines-Straight knife, round knife, band knife, computer controlled cutting knives, laser cutting, comparison with following points-specifications ,advantages, limitations. 2.4	Bundling , shade separation control , indication of the right side of fabric , work ticketing. 2.5	Elements -base,thermoplastic &amp; coating ,components of fusing-temperature, time, pressure &amp; cooling ,fusing machines-steam press, flat bed press,conveyor belt press . selection factors of fusible interlinings. -top cloth,base cloth,resins,costs.grain lines,seams,folded edges,line breaking &amp; reinforcements.
