Functions of Tour Escort 3.1 Function before departure of tour: coordination with customer and travel agent, confirmation of all services such as hotel booking, tickets, travel document passenger details-Valid visa & passport details of travelers, foreign currency (For world Tour) , travel insurance, supplier details, tour package includes and excludes, tour Itinerary with local sightseeing timings with guide, entry tickets booking and other services offer by travel agent for tourist. 3.2 Function during the tour: Receive customer with a smile or welcoming coordinate with driver for sightseeing and transfers, coordinate with hotel for accommodation ,food and other special event, local sightseeing planning as per tour itinerary and coordination with driver and tour guide. Instruction to travelers regarding schedule, safety of tourist and local rules at destination, resolve the problems during the tour, provide feedback to reporting officers.. 3.3 Function post tour: Collection of feedback, suggest Implementation in the up coming tour. preparation of planning to deal with unsatisfied customer. analysis of customers reviews.

Managing Special Situations while escorting 4.1 Special situation: preparation for special situation, weather condition, road accident, health issues /seeking customer, natural hazard, etc. 4.2 Handling and coordination during special situation: investigation, reporting, FIR process for Missing passengers, damages or lost baggage coordination and procedure, etc 4.3 Guiding and counselling for lost passport, Immigration check-in issues, international law and order, war, etc.
