Basics of PLC Programing 3.1 PLC programming languages: Ladder Diagram Programming, Functional Block diagram, Sequential function chart, Structured text, Instruction list (Introduction only). 3.2 Ladder logic programming: Detail description, Structure, execution of ladder program. 3.3 PLC programming instructions: Relay based instructions (NO Contact, NC Contact, Output coil, Set output coil, Reset output coil) ,bit set /reset instructions; symbols and working. 3.4 PLC I/O Addressing format. 3.5 Ladder logic program for Logic gates. 3.6 Ladder logic program or given Boolean expression, IEC 61131 programming of PLC. 3.7 Analog signal handling Instruction: Scaling and Normalization(Detail execution with appropriate application).
