Course Outcomes:
Students will be able to achieve & demonstrate the following COs on completion of course based learning
- Handle pretreatment of fabrics for perfect desizing, scouring and bleaching of textile goods based o substrate type.
- Select relevant dyes and dyeing methods for dyeing of given commercial cellulosic textiles.
- Use relevant dyes and dyeing methods for dyeing of commercial protein and synthetic textiles.
- Prepare print paste for printing of commercial cellulosic and synthetic textiles using relevant ingredients.
- Use mechanical and chemical finishing process for commercial fabrics processing.
